    If it's ?10K purely to shoot on, then yes it's a lot. But if you feed and pay people, it goes very quickly.

    I could be completely wrong about my numbers here, but apparently 35mm film is the equivelant to a digital image at about 4k, i'm pretty sure HD cameras are at 1.4k, so how come they look just as clear on a cinema screen? And why would DV looks so much worse?
